Personal makeovers

Just been watching an episode of Ricky Lake. It's so lame. But I was channel surfing and it just happened to be on.
To cut the story short, a guy was on the stage being hated on by the audience and Ricky for dumping his girlfriend because she looked bland and unattractive. Because of his actions, he was shallow and uncaring.
"It's what's on the inside that counts!" says Ricky, and the crowd cheer because they're mostly fat as well. Then they boo when the guy says "Yeah but she didn't do her hair and wore baggy clothes all time!"
So they give the bland unattractive woman a makeover and make her 'hot', and I use the term loosly. They give her a new wardrobe with sexy clothes, do her makeup, make her hair good, teach her how to strut etc. Then they wheel her out in front of the guy and Ricky goes: "I bet you wish you'd not dumped her now!" and the crowd cheers and the fat thing they dressed up smiles and looks like well dressed fat.

Do they not realise that they just proved the guy right?
By making her look better they prove that looks are important. He wouldn't have dumped her if she looked like she did after the makeover.
The guy should have stood and thanked Ricky for proving him right; that being unattractive gets you dumped, and being made to look good gets you a man.

Xbox 360

If you're looking for a reason for no updates to my site for the last month and a bit, it's because I bought an Xbox 360.
It's nice.

Not only is playing games with people from all over the world good fun, but I've got it set up so I can watch the videos on my PC upstairs and stream them like magic to the lounge TV downstairs.
Wireless is magic. Voodoo.
Videos, music and pictures all appear on my Xbox downstairs using voodoo.

Go and buy one. They're good.

Die

A one hour journey yesterday took two and a half because it would seem some people are incapable of driving in a straight line on the motorway and crashed their cars.
Two accidents on the M1 yesterday left me fuming, both of them in the outside lane resulting in everyone being forced into one lane. The resulting bottleneck caused gridlock for over 7 miles.

I hope the people that caused the accident died.

Actually, no I don't.
I hope they lived for a few months with horrific facial injuries and paralysed from the waist down so they could suffer with their stupidity. Then they died.
After all, I don't want them sponging off the state with disability allowance. That's like paying them for causing so much disruption to peoples lives.

If people want to survive a motorway journey, they should keep their distance and pay attention.
The amount of motorway driving I do I see so much stupidity I'm amazed more people don't die.
Pulling out without using their mirrors, bumper-to-bumper driving in the outside lane leaving no time to brake, idiots who drive at 65 in the middle lane...
I swear I'd love to force some of them off the road, drag them from their vehicles and scream in their face why they're the worst drivers in the world before beating them to death with my bare hands.
