Why wasn't my email in-box loaded with birthday greetings?

I was going to make this news update an upbeat affair with jokes and stuff.
But then realised what a useless month I've just had.
So I'll just say go and read the autobiography of Michael J. Fox called "Lucky Man". It's very good.
