Birthday Boy

Happy birthday me.

I have four birthday cards on my mantlepiece, one with a badge which I shall wear with pride.
My only present (so far) is a sight-seeing book of New York, as I hope to go there in the next couple of months. I did buy myself a wireless web cam which would have been fun, but it didn't work with my router. My router is crap.

Birthdays are ace, I love them. I didn't used to like them because I used to dwell on how another year had past and I'd gotten a little bit older without doing anything more with myself.
That's changed in the last few years though, as I'm actually enjoying the age I'm at and enjoying getting older. People look and talk to you differently when you get older, in a good way.

Now to hit the internet and find me a birthday present.
