DJ ADAM is available to provide a full sound and lighting hire service.
We supply a dry hire service however alternately we will set up the equipment for you and make sure all is correctly installed and working correctly with an extra charge. We can also provide event security, venue hire, marquee hire and roadshow unit hire
We can provide full delivery if required
Terms and Conditions
We require a form of ID stating name and address (driving licence, Passport … )
Require a security deposit which you will be returned once the equipment has been returned in safe and original condition.
Late returns will charged and deducted from you’re security deposit. All Items should be returned by 12PM (Noon) on the return day agreed.
We have the right the refuse sale of hire of equipment without explanation and to increase or decrease the security deposit depending on the equipment.
There can only be one person responsible for the hire of the equipment. Therefore the collector will sign the agreement paperwork and pay the security deposit.
If you cannot comply with the above information on the collection of the hire of equipment then the hire will not be released.
Cancellations
Hire cancellations that have been paid in full will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the hire price or you may have the choice to re-book the equipment on an alternative day, subject to availability.
If a deposit has been paid to confirm hire equipment, this will be classed as the cancellation fee and is non-refundable.
All leads and connections will be supplied with the equipment, if requested additional leads may be supplied at an added extra cost negotiable with the staff member. If any equipment you require is not listed please call with your specific requirements, as we may possibly be able to supply it.
Pricing Structure
All the prices for hire are calculated on value of the equipment. You can hire either 24 hours, 48 hours or 1 week. The price goes up for longer of the hire. For 48 hours we ad 25% of the original hire cost per item and for a week we add 50% of the original hire cost per item.
